Can anyone solve this question?

Go to the last row which has 4 pins and pick up the 2 pins from both the ends and move them to the second row that contains 2 pins and put 1 pin on each end. Take the first pin which is the tip or point of the triangle and put it on the other side facing away from the bowler creating a new triangle point.
