Well, generally, you want a deck to be a bit more focused. If you want a synchro deck, try to make it as fast as possible, such as using quillbolt hedgehogs, and quickdraw synchron, maybe use them together for a nitro synchron. Get rid of the blackwing, maybe replace it with a dandylion. Also, look up the current ban list, you have some illegal cards. I would furthermore suggest replacing your field card mountain with a mausoleum of the emperor, it speeds things up and is really better all around. Graceful charity and change of heart are illegal, replace them. So, the biggest tip I can give is speed it up, otherwise your opponent will murder all your weaker monsters before you can synchro with them.
