How to do my hair like this ?

same way as a regular ponytail ...only shift it a tiny bit before you put the elastic band to hold it . then the little baby hairs that are laying around the face are just new growth layed onto the face/head instead of pulling them back with the rest of the hair...and gel should be helpful to lay them forward...
