I feel like i pulled something in lower back on the left side. I carry to heavy bags on my right side everyday, One purse, and the other, my bag with my books in it. But, i have been doing this for the past 2 years. Also, I dance every single day. ...It hurts to walk or get up after sitting or lying down. I need some advice on how to make myself feel not so in pain! Thank you!!
