My amp 1200 watt amp MA audio amp keeps shutting off for days. why?

MY 1200 MA audio amp gets kinda hot and and its running 2 cove 12s. Everything is wired up good and Im not blowing any fuses. Just put it all in yesterday. It just comes on when it wants to. I got kinda a crapy battery. Would that make it cut out for days like that. When the amps on it hits hard. But why would the awp just turn off for days like that?
