What is a good substance to use for an airsoft bolt gun grease?

I bought an AWP L96 Shadow Ops. I put it together, tried it out, and it works great. But it takes so much force to pull it back. It is supossed to be 7 pounds. Anyway, I need to grease it up. Suggestions?
