File storage and accessibility with GoDaddy hosting.?

I have a premium hosting plan with GoDaddy that has tons of unused storage space. I want to use this space to back up my photos and music, but want to do it in a way that allows me to easily access these files through a browser too. Are there any tools out there (MySQL, PHP or other) that would allow me to take advantage of my available storage space in this way?
