One of my teachers completly ignores me.?

Im in 10th grade and my history teacher ignores me entirely. He is a younger man and is very loud and imature. He has favorites and dosent pay much attention to most of the class and no at all to me. Whenever i ask a question, he'll answer very shortly. I can be bad and obnoxious and i still get ignored. if he ever has to say something to me, he is a complete douche bag to me. How can i get some attention from this teacher so i will learn more.
